[BUG] Bug Report Doesn't Work Now

What's Wrong?

I was trying to report a bug, but then I got a bug in response to reporting my bug, [QUEUE MEME]...so now I can experience a bug within a bug, while I report a bug.

If it helps at all, this is the bug I was trying to report in the first place: "I keep getting this prompt, where I always press 2:OFF". God help me for the next 5 years and my code privacy if I ever accidently press enter as this notice comes up (OR I accidentally press 1 somehow).

What Should Happen?

Bug reporting feature should work as it has for money moons, now.
