[BUG] Code review billing mismatch

What's Wrong?

As an enterprise we have just trailed and turned on Claude code review. When viewing the code review analytics dashboard. Spend is as expected:

When viewing the usage screen the MTD Spend is incorrect for claude code review service and hugely higher than what we see as actual spend from the code review dashboard. Where is this spend coming from and why can't we track it down?
It seems illegitimate, and will we need to know what will be charged on our account.

What Should Happen?

Claude code review MTD spend for usage services is incorrect as per actual spend usage per code review dashboard

Expecting https://claude.ai/admin-settings/usage to be accurate as per code-review dashboard
