Problem Statement

Claude randomly doing stuff to my git repo.

Proposed Solution

I just don't want Claude Desktop ever touching my git repo at all, ever, no worktrees, branching, nothing. It's infuriating. No need for it to touch any of that. Not in my workflow at least.
