[BUG] Anthropic Console Login Error - all users in our organization cannot log into the console due to "request pending" status

What's Wrong?

I am part of an Team of 2 people using a paid account. We have been using claude.ai just fine with no login issues. However, I was prompted to get an API key from console.anthropic.com/login and ended up stuck in a state where the system thinks I need to be verified as a user but I'm already verified within my organization. To make matters worse, my colleague and admin of the account is also seeing the same "Request sent" message on the URL platform.claude.com/org-discovery. I used the chatbot in claude.ai to troubleshoot the issue and no solution worked (tried clearing cache, removing organization discoverability, and using a different data network).

What Should Happen?

My colleague and I should be able to log into console.anthropic.com and be on the company account.
