[Bug] Anthropic API Error: 429 Rate Limit Exceeded Below Organization Input Token Quota

Bug Description
i keep getting 429 rate limited organizations limit of 2m input toknes per minute, but i'm absolutely not using that limit up at all, it's just me. (org: 6b700525-ce41-438a-87ff-0ceffd4e4419, model: claude-opus-4-6).
