[Bug] Claude Code ignores review skill during execution

Claude has a fucking review skill, written by me, worked well before. Now it simply ignores it because.... whatever.... I guess you'll just close this ticket automatically after 7 days... this fucking AI is killing me.... extremely stressful. I haven't used foul language for 30 years. In the last 3 months Claude Code drove me into using it every 30 minutes.
