Steps to Reproduce

Typed in /ultrareview in claude code in the repo/dir for review. This is after a previous one failed and I lost one of my free reviews because I was using CC to direct me HOW to use it.. it created a PR and then /ultrareview 54 (pr # in my repo/dir). Which came back in like 2 mins with 2 simple nits but did NOT send my repo for review.. instead if only sent the PR text.. which was not what I understood would happen. So I lost 2 of my 3 free reviews now.. on bugs/problems. :(. Hoping you can refund both as I have legitimate use for these.

I'll state that in a DIFFERENT repo, I used my first /ultrareview and THAT worked. So.. not sure what it is about this repo. Initially it was too large. Doesn't explain the PR text being the "review" vs the entire PR to the repo.. not sure how/why, and CC said "That's on me.. I set it up wrong". Of course.. relying on CC to do this may be my fault, but I assume since /ultrareview is part of CC, it would know better than anyone how to do it right. Clearly some work needs to be done with /ultrareview command to ensure the repo is going to make it and get reviewed?
