[BUG] Claude Code process exited with code 127

What's Wrong?

Whenever I use Claude Cowork and Code, it shows "Claude Code process exited with code 127" and doesnt run. But my chat still works.

What Should Happen?

Claude should fix whatever is wrong with this, because I've asked chat to give me solutions to this problem and I tried it all, at the end it told me it is a Claude bug that needs to be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a project in Cowork

2.Give him deatils about the end result you want
3.Enter

1. then it shows: Claude Code process exited with code 127
