[Bug] Rapid token consumption spike after session reset (23% usage in 1 minute)

Bug Description
The session has just reset the limit at 2220 and within 1 min the usage consumption is reflected as 23%. This is ridiculous. Please investigate and get back to me on this. You can refer to conversation ID 215474169931700 for the screenshots that i had attached.
