[BUG] Claude usage on 5x max plan launches up to 13-16% on first message / Suspicion of usage limits being lower as your plan gets older.

What's Wrong?

When I open a new claude session and ask it to read a small c++ project on medium usage my usage limit will launch up to 13-16% instantly

Also when i first bought my 5x max plan i could user the entire usage limit for 5 hours without even reaching 60%.
As time went on i noticed that the usage limits kept getting worse and worse and worse to the point where even sending a message or asking it to read a project will sky rocket ur usage, sometimes even when its just working and the usage is like 4% it will randomly SKYROCKET to 14% of my usage limit.

What Should Happen?

It should not launch up to 13-16% on the first message on a 5x 100$ a month plan.

1. i guess just buy a claude max plan and everyday test the usage limits and see if they get worse
