[Feature Request] /remote-control: Inconsistent cross-platform support and token compatibility issues

Bug Description
I'm trying to use /remote-control. The feature is bad - half baked, doesn't work with desktop safari (works with Chrome or mobile safari); the QR URL gets intercepted by the Claude app which for some reason doesn't support the feature. It doesn't work with long lived tokens. I feel like you all are creating features but the implementation is all over the damn place. Some features work in the app others work in CLI, still others - browser only (!). Please use some design discipline and develop solutions. Right now you're just adding features and checking boxes without providing a platform that folks can use reliably.
