Claude Code VS Code chat panel: code blocks overflow horizontally without wrapping

Environment: Claude Code extension for VS Code, chat panel

Issue: Code blocks in chat responses overflow horizontally and get clipped at the right edge of the panel. Text does not wrap. Resizing the panel does not fix it.

Expected behavior: Code blocks should wrap or scroll horizontally within the panel bounds.
