[BUG] wrong works, time, waste of tokens and time, invoice mistakes

What's Wrong?

in the last month your code is not working
every time we ask to do something there is a waste of our time and money via tokens
a lot of mistakes in simple orders
your code do thing that we do not requested
also un a period of 1 hour you charged as several invoices without any sense or control, that is not a malfunction it is ilegal you can not charge for a service that is not rendered
