[BUG] Too much internet data usage every time Claude Desktop starts up

What's Wrong?

I am using Claude Desktop for Windows 11 and noticed that every time I start up Claude Desktop, it consumes instantly more than 1 GB of data usage. I need to stop that.
Note: I am not using any integrations and not using any MCP Connectors or any connectors.

What Should Happen?

No substantial internet data usage during the Claude Desktop starting up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop on Windows 11
2. Open Windows Task Manager and notice too much internet data usage exceeds 1 GB.
