[BUG] Drag-and-drop image upload freezes on 'pasting text - claude session' and requires app restart

What's Wrong?

I am have tried using mac terminal and the iterm both are giving me same results - I try to attach images or screenshots . it just gets stuck on "pasting text..." and then hangs. I have to start a new session everytime. Can`t attach any images via draga nd drop. My other machine I can !

What Should Happen?

It should just paste the image or atleast mention path when drag and drop - like my other machine does

Steps to Reproduce

1. take a screenshot of anything, especially chrome browser
2. On mac you might see the image on the right bottom side before it is stored on desktop
3. drag and drop in calude session - it now hangs
