[BUG] /ultrareview failed TWICE

What's Wrong?

Tried to run /ultrareview and it failed twice, lost 2 of my free attempts

both failed on "Find" stage with single log "[heartbeat] 13:43:15 <remote-review>[]</remote-review>"

What Should Happen?

I was supposed to receive review results
