[BUG] Ultrareview Stopped

What's Wrong?

I was doing the Ultrareview and it stopped towards the end: "Review crashed before producing findings. See session logs for details."

What Should Happen?

Was supposed ot recieve an ultrareview report.

Please review this Session
I was working with Claude Opus 4.7 to work on my VPS server to install and integrate the opensource ERPNext. After which when I did the well advertized 'Ultrareview' it ended up stopping at the end of the review 👎🏻
