[Bug] /ultrareview function crashes on execution

Bug Description
I tried to use the /ultrareview function two times and both crashed due to an issue on your end I guess? These are the sesssions - session_01YJgcvB7U3i3iUvVnoEKAeG

I used 2/3 of my "free" ultrareviews for this so I was hoping you can refund those and maybe tell me when I can actually try the /ultrareview again.
