[BUG] Ask user request more token or wait after token limit not shown on app

What's Wrong?

a prompt to ask user request more token or wait after token limit - this conversation is not shown on app thus user not able to bypass or continue when they are on remote control even after limit reset.

continue in CLI no issue. But use cannot continue with remote control on any devices

What Should Happen?

user should be able to see this specific prompt and select the response in app

No error message, able to chat but no response from Claude

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use /rc on project
2. project run out of token
3. not able to continue on remote control app
4. able to enter information but not continue tasks
