[BUG] Hitting 5h limits on MAX Plan in 4 small sessions (765K total context).

What's Wrong?

I must report this because this certainly has to be a bug in usage calculations, otherwise this tool is completely f'd up and really not worth 100$/mo.

MAX 5x plan.
Opus 4.7
3 and half sessions about planning, coding, some debugging.

S1) ~250K
S2) ~260K
S3) ~85K
S4) interrupted at ~170K

Note: first 50K of each session are Claude.MD, so just plain context.

This is something you do in 1 hour. I was used to hit that limit in ~3 hours till a few days ago.

What Should Happen?

Not consuming the 5h limit in less than 800K context!
