[BUG] Missing copy_file_claude_to_user while copy_file_user_to_claude is avilable

What's Wrong?

I am using Claude App, for Macos Tahoe 26.4.1, version (1.4758.0), t
The "copy_file_claude_to_user" tool is missing, but #copy_file_user_to_claude# is listed for Filesystem extension v0.2.2.
This broke approximately 2-3 weeks ago.
Many Claude.ai chats have previously been using these tools to work with DOCX, RTFD documents.
Workflow impact: binary files (.rtfd, .docx) generated in Claude's container cannot be returned to local filesystem
write_file not a viable substitute for binary formats
