[FEATURE] Support /copy command in VS Code extension

Problem Statement

Reopening this closed issue: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/24993

I use the /copy command a lot. However, the VS Code extension does not support the copy command. This makes it hard to copy the output message.

Proposed Solution

I would like to see the /copy command made available in the VS Code extension. If not, a UI button to copy would be useful.
