[BUG] Claude reads rules but don't follow it.

What's Wrong?

"Claude reads rules from CLAUDE.md at session start but doesn't reliably follow them, even after saving them to memory multiple times." It says I am sorry and writes again or so it says. When I asked how this will get fixed. It says go and report here. So here I am reporting it.

What Should Happen?

As it reads CLAUDE.md in the same project folder where I open the powershell it should follow the rules we have agreed on. Some of them are serious! I said don't push the code to github before I test locally and approve it. It at times just ignores ! Push to the production even before I can stop him.
