You've hit your limit · resets 7:10am (Australia/Sydney) - while I just barely started work after 1 day break

Bug Description
I didn't use Claude Code for a day. Just provided manual test results, it started conpacting coversation, finished and said that I've hit the limit. Checked stats - no use for 1 day. Seems like a bug. Feel free to reach out if more details required.
