Bug Description
This is a bug report. I seem to be blocked from using my workplace's Claude, both Claude Code in the terminal I'm currently typing in, and the desktop app. However, this is despite having very little usage of Claude, in particular compared to my colleagues. What happens is my session starts at no usage and then after a few seconds of getting Claude to do a task, it immediately goes to 100% usage and then stops, telling me I'm now at 100% usage and it will reset in a few hours. Can you please help me fix this?
