[BUG] Cowork macOS sidebar overlay persists through reinstall - blocks conversation content

What's Wrong?

Sidebar overlay strip appears on hover
Blocks conversation content
Persists through quit/restart, computer restart, full reinstall with Application Support cleared
Reproduces immediately on fresh install
Version: 1.4758.0 (fb266c)
macOS version (check System Settings > General > About)
Hardware (M1/M2/Intel, etc.)

What Should Happen?

I should be able to see all text on the screen

Steps to Reproduce

Slide cursor over the left hand menu bar. Then this screen-blocking piece pops out and does not go away.
