[Bug] Analytics dashboard stuck on "Data processing" for 5+ days despite active GitHub app usage

Bug Description
▎ Claude Code analytics at https://claude.ai/analytics/claude-code stuck on "Data processing —
▎ Confirm the GitHub app is installed. PRs with Claude Code" for 5 days. GitHub app IS installed
▎ on seamlesschex org and Claude Code has been used heavily across multiple PRs (e.g.
▎ seamlesschex/paynote-server #6523, #6532, #6540, #6545,
▎ seamlesschex/portal-application-frontend #1428, #1429, #1430). No data has appeared in the
▎ dashboard. Org subscription.
