[BUG] Analytics dashboard missing Claude Code usage data for organization

What's Wrong?

Bug Description
In our Claude organizational management, I would like to monitor the individual usage of Claude Code among our team members. However, the Analytics dashboard currently only displays data for claude.ai.
I am the Owner of the project, and our organization name is Genesisnest. I have already enabled "Claude Code Analysis" in the Admin Settings.Despite this, the "Claude Code" category does not appear in the Analytics section (as seen in the second image). Clauade Support AI give me many advice, For Example, First, please verify that all team members who should be using Claude Code have updated to version 2.0.28 or later, as this is the first version that supports analytics reporting.[1] You can have them run claude update to ensure they're on the latest version.

If team members are already on the correct version, please confirm that they have actually started using Claude Code, as metrics only appear once there's actual usage data to report. The analytics system processes data once daily, so if usage just began, you may need to wait up to 24 hours for the data to populate. But it doesn't work. i think that only my organization(Genesisnest) do not work.

in MacOS, it is same.
