[BUG] Cluade Code dumps history after updates on Windows Enterprise

What's Wrong?

When I relaunch Claude Code for an update, it destroys my chat history and scheduled runs without warning. (Enterprise)

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should at least advise the user that it will destroy a selection of the users chats and scheduled runs.
