[Feature Request] Add thinkingVerbs setting to customize extended-thinking phase display verbs

Bug Description
Request: a thinkingVerbs setting (parallel to spinnerVerbs) to customize or replace the whimsical extended-thinking verbs (Sautéed, Pondered, etc.). Today, spinnerVerbs with mode: "replace" doesn't affect the * thinking-phase display, leaving no way to plain-language the verbs short of hiding thinking summaries entirely.
