What's Wrong?

On my macbook the main content area is getting cut off on the left side and the sidebar is overlapping or the layout isn't rendering properly.

I have to always close and reopen for me to see t

Also i have done the various troubleshooting methods recommended but nothing has worked. The issue persists and reoccurs repeatedly.

What Should Happen?

The main content area should display fully without being clipped. The sidebar and chat panel should not overlap.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login with MacBook Air 14 inches
  2. Open Claude Code desktop app on macOS
  3. Start a session or open an existing one
  4. Observe that the main chat/content area is clipped on the left side — the sidebar overlaps it
  5. Text in the main panel starts mid-word (e.g. "at's up next" instead of "What's up next")
