What You Asked Claude to Do

Every time I ask Claude Code to read actual code, it confidently answers questions based on fragmented code reading.

Every time i ask why, it confesses. Now my screen if full of confessions.

What Claude Actually Did

doesnt read code.
ignores user instructions completely.
adds hard coding everwhere

Read code or allow code reading tools. I built my own tool and you are blockng that as well.
