[Bug] Degraded code generation quality and pattern recognition across Claude Code versions

Bug Description
I don´t know why, but Claude Code is not working as smart as it was before. Is not understanding correctly what I want and when implementing code, left out considerations that before it always kept in mind. It is not providing good feeack about best ways to implement code and forget patters we have being using for a long time. I own a lot to Claude Code, because it has been my coding partner for months, but now is extremely slow and I cannot trust on it for complex work. I don´t know what you have donde but it is not good. I've switch to native/npm more than once but both version behaive teh same. Compared to Copilot from GitHub, claude code is now like a beginner.
