Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Two of three free ultrareview sessions failed with "remote session exceeded 30 minutes" and returned no output, but were still counted against my free quota. Session IDs: session_011pYx6yBQvqQ2zDdNC8Gnym, session_01TdA6aRsiNa7rcMu5ebwLsB Please restore these failed runs.

What Should Happen?

Failed sessions should either not count against the free quota, or the quota should be restored when a session times out due to server-side infrastructure issues (30-minute timeout with no output returned).

Error Messages/Logs

remote session exceeded 30 minutes

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start an ultrareview session using the free quota
  2. Wait for the session to run
  3. Session times out with "remote session exceeded 30 minutes" error
  4. No output is returned
  5. The session is still counted against the free quota

This happened twice in a row (session_011pYx6yBQvqQ2zDdNC8Gnym and session_01TdA6aRsiNa7rcMu5ebwLsB), suggesting a server-side infrastructure issue.
