What's Wrong?

Title: Windows desktop app: all top tabs (Chat, Cowork, Code) disappeared after update 1.4758

Description:
On Windows, after updating today, the top navigation tabs are completely gone (Chat, Cowork, Code). I previously had all 3 tabs, and now there are none. I already signed out and back in, and there are no other error messages shown in the app.

Desktop app version: 1.4758.0 (fb266c)
OS: Windows
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Claude Desktop on Windows
2) Observe that the top tabs are missing
3) (Optional) Check for any error message (none shown)

What Should Happen?

I had the tabs and now I don't. How do I access code?
