Bug Description
When running claude code in iTerm2 on MacOS (seen on multiple OS versions on M1+), if you scroll up to read the chat history while a prompt is running, when it prints new content to screen, it will sometimes bump your scroll position to the top, losing your place. This makes it impossible to read a longer chat output while it's actively writing that output.
