Trackpad scrolling triggers Up/Down command history after /clear

Description

After running /clear, trackpad scrolling is incorrectly interpreted as Up/Down arrow key presses, which scrolls through previous commands and can trigger message sending instead of normal scroll behavior.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Claude Code in iTerm2
2. Run /clear
3. Scroll with trackpad

Expected: Normal scrolling behavior
Actual: Scroll events are interpreted as Up/Down arrows, cycling through command history and occasionally sending messages
