Account access is blocked by IT administrator

I am trying to invite a new user (in our Claude.ai org already) to our org's Anthropic API console. When they try to account access is blocked by IT administrator". I was wondering if this problem is something wrong with the Anthropic console side or the org side. We are using Google Workspace.
