Problem Statement

I just hit the 1M context limit after a few days work - Claude was performing spectacularly.

/compact

The result is 30k. I'm wondering, after another few days work I could run

/compact preserve the existing compact data

and the result would be ~60k, and Claude would have context from work we did a week ago, or a month ago?

Proposed Solution

allow /compact to append to existing compaction results
