The installMethod for Homebrew should be set to native

Question

Riffing on #4098 there was a suggestion to set `installMethod` to `global` but `claude doctor` wouldn't shut up for met until I did.

```
claude config set --global installMethod native

$ claude doctor

Diagnostics

```

Opening and closing as fixable with minimal search.
