[BUG] 2.1.16 not on Homebrew

What's Wrong?

Claude CLI reports: Update available! Run: brew upgrade claude-code

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should not report that an update is available when an update is not available.

Steps to Reproduce

Run Claude, see upgrade message in bottom right.

$ brew update -f
==> Updating Homebrew...
Already up-to-date.

$ brew upgrade claude-code
Warning: Not upgrading claude-code, the latest version is already installed
