[Bug] Infinite loop consuming API credits without generating output on HTML design task

Bug Description
Very bad, it ran for many minutes, consuming the entire Pro plan budget and using the extra credit without ever generating anything. The task was simple: recreate a Claude Design design in HTML. I had used the prompt recommended by Claude Design. After 40 minutes, I stopped because it hadn't created a single file.
