Description
While using Claude Design on macOS, I asked Claude to fix buttons on a website. Claude entered an infinite loop and kept printing the word "court" until my entire usage limit was gone. This is not the first time this has happened — this is the second occurrence of the same bug.
The infinite loop also caused significant CPU overload on my machine during the incident.
A screen recording clearly showing the infinite repetition of the word "court" is attached to this report.

Your support is completely non-existent. All you have is a useless bot that can do nothing and only sends templated replies. There is no way to reach a human. If Claude itself causes a bug that consumes your entire usage limit — that's your problem, because the Claude team doesn't give a damn about its users.

What Should Happen?

When a bug in Claude's own software causes an infinite loop that consumes the user's entire usage limit, the generation should either be automatically stopped — for example, when the same word or phrase is repeated dozens of times in a row, which is an obvious sign of a malfunction — or the limit should be restored. Additionally, the infinite loop caused significant CPU overload on the user's machine, which is also unacceptable. At minimum, there should be a human support agent available to review such cases — not just a bot that repeats the same templated responses and has no ability to help.
