[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Server rate limiting prevents work across multiple Pro accounts

Bug Description
I cannot work anymore, i keep hitting API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) · Rate limited everywhere. i have 4 claude max pro 20x accounts, i pay 800USD a month and i CANNOT work
