Anthropic API Performance Degradation: Reduced Contextual Understanding

Bug Description
Today claude opus 4.1 is realllly not operating at its usual game. You were asking 1 2 3 4 on how well it is doing. I have a task I run frequently. The context is roughly always the same. It is screwing up really obvious things I don't usually have to explain beyond the md file. So yes...we are noticing whatever experiment you're running that is making it dumber.
