[Bug] Opus model performance degradation: slow responses and reduced reasoning quality

Bug Description
I find out that Opus is very slow since one or two weeks znd has became a bit dumb sometimes, always pushing back the work, and not answering and/or trying to find a good solution and always tunneling in older answer (ie : for a bug, it tried a solution A, wrong option, event with my call to search over a solution where B is the start of the problem, it'll always try to search around A).
