[BUG] Chat, Cowork and Code tabs missing from Claude Desktop

What's Wrong?

What's wrong:
The Chat, Cowork and Code tabs have disappeared from the top of the Claude Desktop app. The app still opens but the tabs are no longer visible.

The three tabs (Chat, Cowork, Code) should be visible at the top of the app as before.
Steps to reproduce:

Tabs are missing from the navigation

What I've tried:

Restarted the app
Restarted my computer
removed and reinstalled app several times
Checked for updates

Environment:
Windows
Plan: Pro

What Should Happen?

to view and access these three tabs especially as I am paying for this plan
