[Bug] Extended Thinking timeout or performance regression on high/xhigh effort levels

Bug Description
extremely slow thinking on both high/xhigh efforts, doesn't make sense for it to be thinking for 6-8minutes for a simple task that used to take 30second before with opus 4.5
