[BUG] LIMIT calculation is broken - Weekly Limit reached, resetted 10pm -> 11pm weekly reached again

What's Wrong?
I reached weekly limit yesterday evening and it should reset today 10pm.
1030 i started using CC again and CC stops at 11pm with the message "You've hit your limit · resets 10pm "
/usage shows:
Total cost: $497.05
Total duration (API): 8h 13m 12s
Total duration (wall): 2d 15h 40m
Total code changes: 1533 lines added, 147 lines removed
Usage by model:
claude-opus-4-7: 43.8k input, 482.7k output, 302.8m cache read, 6.5m cache write ($204.37)
claude-opus-4-6: 75.7k input, 478.2k output, 425.3m cache read, 10.7m cache write ($292.02)
Current sessionu-4-5: 8.5k input, 22.2k output, 2.8m cache read, 209.3k cache write ($0.66)
Resets 3:20pm (Europe/Berlin)
Current week (all models)
Resets 10pm (Europe/Berlin)
Current week (Sonnet only) 0% used

Logical bugs:
- how do I travel back in time to 10pm?? -> BUG
- Why is my weekly limit being triggered shortly after it has been resetted? -> BUG

it should work after reset of any limit
