[BUG] Rendering-bug at MacOS App

What's Wrong?

When I open my claude desktop app on macOS a Black box appears on the left side next to the sidebar/chat overview and cut out the beginning of the words in my chat.

What Should Happen?

Claude should open smoothly without black boxes and I should be able to read everything
